Her son is now 9 and no longer plays with them so she told Kai he could take them home and keep them. He was one HAPPY kid. Well that kind of turn in to a big thing about Buddy (woody) missing his hat. He would ask everyday if we could go to the store and but Buddy a new hat. He never quite understood that toy stores don't really carry those toys anymore and that we wouldn't be able to buy him a new hat. (not for lack of not trying) Well on 4Th of July we were at my brothers house and he comes running in with his hands behind his back saying "Dad it's time to go." "Come on Dad let's go." In a very panicky voice. Justin tells him we are not leaving for a long time we haven't even watched fireworks yet. He then pulls out this.......
He found a woody hat in their toy box. After Justin told him we were not leaving he told his dad to put it in his pocket. We were laughing so hard. After plenty of teasing my sister in-law told him he could have it. A couple hours later on the way home he kept saying "are we almost there I need my buddy." He was the only one that did not fall asleep on the way home. I don't think the kids has ever been happier than when he found buddies hat.
We often find Kai in this attire......
We have Debbie to thank for the vest. Carson's birthday to thank for the hat. Christmas for the horse. And Kasandra to thank for the cowboy boots you can't see. He put this all together himself and rides his horse all over the place. But if he sees you laughing at him it's over. He gets to embarrassed and takes it all off.
